Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Shipping is a Flat fee of $5.55 for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery within the USA).

If you need express delivery or prefer a different method of shipping, please choose your desired method at the time of check out. We offer USPS Express (1-2 day delivery), UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground.

You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships, with a tracking number for your package.


Return Policy

It is our Goal to provide the Best in Preemie Clothing. If one or more of our Products do not meet your expectations, please e-mail us at sales@preemiesrus.com. We will provide you with a return receipt number and return shipping address. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. The return shipping will be at the customer's expense and a copy of the original receipt is requested. As soon as the items are received we will credit your account, the amount of the shipping with not be credited back, unless there was an error on our part.
